SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES Orders are shipped UPS Ground within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once shipped, UPS Ground takes approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. All orders shipped outside of Ohio, will not be charged sales tax; items sent within Ohio are charged sales tax of 8.0%. Standard Shipping and Handling Costs are based on the size of your order. Up to $150 = $10.00, $150-$300 = $15.00, over $300 =$20.00 You may return any item for exchange or refund as long as it is post-marked within two weeks of the original shipping date.
